Our Successes

The upgrading of Chongqing to a directly governed city after Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin, and the state's western area development policy enhanced the confidence in enterprises. In June 1998, for the first time Chongqing government openly released a bid for "Wu Huang Lu" construction through a mode of selling lands, a key city highway construction project. Based on its solid foundation, Qingye won the bid and thus became the builder of the first city highway in Chongqing's northen city-Wu Huang Lu. As an investment compensation, Qingye received from the government Lands of several hundred MUs.
