On 12th of
May 2002, the China Comfort Housing·Western Housing
Industry Forum was held at the Sun Shine Hall of Chongqing
Guest House.
The Topics of the Forum
were from 8 aspects: the direction of the development of
China Comfort Housing and China housing industry, the status
of western housing industry and its development trend after
entering WTO, the effect of “Western Development
Policy”on the social reform and its intrinsic connection
to housing industry development, The exploration and
practice of China Comfort Housing, challenges and strategies
facing Comfort Housing at various stages of the Housing
Industry Chain,etc.
The Forum was sponsored
by China Real Estate Committee, City Development Specialty
Committee and China Construction Daily with special support
from Chonqing Qingye Real Estate Co., ltd. The Forum was
also arranged by developers of Hui Long Guan-Chongqing Key
Project Construction and reconstruction Development Company
and Chongqing Oupeng Property Management Development Co.,
ltd.
Compared to the previous
forums and conferences, this one was characterized by the
gathering of a lot of “Top Persons”. From the local
government came Mr. Huang Qifan-the vice mayor of Chongqing,
Mr. Wang Gengfang-Director of Chongqing Construction
Committee. From Real Eatste Industry came a lot of famous
and representative people such as Mr.Wang Shi- Chairman
of Wan Ke Group,Mr.Feng Lun-Chairperson of the Board of Wan
Tong Group, Mr. Pan Shiyi-Beijing Hong Shi Group, Mr. Wang
Zhigang-Chief Planner of Wang ZhiGang Planning Office, and
Mr. Mo Tianquan-Ceo of House Searching Net( Shou Fang Wang).
The organizers of
“China Comfort Housing-Western Housing Industry Forum”
hope that various levels of government, House
developers, various house consumers can be connected
together through “Comfort Housing” and gradually enhance
the market effect of “Comfort Housing”, thus promote the
further development of China’s Housing Industry. We strive
for housing products that represent the new era’s
