Chongqing Northen City will become one of the symbolic areas of a modern Chongqing. The nature is: Chongqing city's "Administrative center, Information center, Science and culture center, Transportation hub for roads and railways, Economic development area and Directly governed city image display area." So the northern city is also called "PuDong" of Chongqing, and is the important development area of chongqing in "Western area development". The total land using area in northen city is 76 square kilometers. The plan is that by year 2020, the number of people will reach 800,000, and the land using area will reach 95 square kilometers.

Qingye ShiShang Living Area locates in the northern corner of Wu Li Dian cross road bridge-a transportation pivot of Chongqing northern city.
